He helps organizations turn Salesforce into a connected, governed business platform that supports commercial operations, integrates with ERP and other operational systems, produces reliable management information, and provides a practical foundation for automation and AI.
His experience spans Salesforce implementation, architecture, administration, business-process design, systems integration, data governance, reporting, and platform evolution. He has worked closely with business and technology leaders to translate complex operational requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions, including the design and continued evolution of enterprise commercial processes.
Before founding Cloud Consulting Services, Fabio held commercial and bid-management leadership roles, including experience with DHL.
